Source Technical Group Inc. protects personal information of our candidates and employees. All personal information is considered to be confidential and can be used only for purposes of finding a suitable position for a candidate, employment and payroll.

Why do we collect personal information?
Personal information is collected for the purpose of evaluating candidate’s experience in order to find the best fit between the candidate and a position and for employment purposes.

Types of personal information:
We might require the following information from our candidates and temporary and permanent employees: name, address, phone, email, resume, employment history, references, reference letters, skills test, background check, date of birth, education records, picture ID’s, bank information.

How personal information is protected?
STG has internal procedures in place to keep personal information confidential, secure and protected – both for hardcopy and electronic files. Only authorized persons who require this information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy have access to it.
