Planner / Project Coordinator

We are looking either for a person with some previous experience with project management in manufacturing environment or for a recent graduate of Mechanical Engineering Technology program looking to learn and to grow in manufacturing environment. The position has great growth potential for the right candidate.

Duties include:
- Plan production activities.
- Monitoring status of work orders in production.
- Review shop drawings in order to ensure inventory levels for raw materials and parts are sufficient.
- Povide liaison with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:
- College diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Planning (recent graduates are welcome).
- Good drawing reading skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excell).

Good to have skills:
- Knowledge of ERP and experience with scheduling in manufacturing environment is an asset.
